Hi there, I’m a college student and just joined the community. I could use some guidance. My plan is to purchase a cb6000, but I can’t decide between the standard model and the ‘S’ version. On average my soft size ranges from 2 to 2.5 inches.

I’m also considering a KTB (Kali’s Teeth Brace), so any advice on which style would be best is appreciated. My circumference measures about 4¼ inches, giving me a diameter of roughly 1⅜ inches. Most importantly, how do you keep the KTB from slipping out? I plan to wear it semi-permanently. Are there accessories that attach to the testicles or elsewhere to secure it? Thanks much.
