No. I haven’t abandoned Chastity; in fact, I believe it’s the most wonderful game-changer of my life.

I also haven’t left my Wife and Keyholder behind me.

Nor do I wish to take charge from below.

Yet, I felt a need for a Mistress to put things right—to guide me, tease me, deny me, and punish me. I believed the magic could only deepen if she imposed her complete control over me. I thought my submissiveness would truly flourish under a MISTRESS’s care.

But I was mistaken—completely wrong.

After just nine months, my WIFE has assumed a stronger role than I ever imagined possible! It is thanks to her that our D/s lifestyle has evolved at such an impressive pace—not because I failed to guide her. Well, yes, I must admit I introduced her to it all, but she quickly picked up the reins and steered us in directions that suit her best.) You can see how far we’ve come here.

I started calling her Mistress and used “Mistress” in my posts on CM because I felt compelled to do so as a sign of devotion, admiration, and submissiveness.

But she really doesn’t need the title. She sees all that love and respect reflected in my eyes, in how I please her, and in my continuous effort to meet her needs even before she voices them.

She knows I have given up any say in our relationship. She owns me; my WIFE owns me. It is written on our wedding bands—it shows in the steel cage that fully encloses my sex—and it appears in her unconditional VETO over everything I do.

When you realize this—that she accepts this gift and uses or exploits it however she sees fit—I no longer need to call her “Mistress.” The magic has happened, power has shifted, and pleasure revolves around her…

I fully accept that others might find it more fitting or submissive to use the term Mistress. If you aren’t in a physical relationship with your partner, I can see why “Wife” might seem out of place;-) It makes sense that partners controlling multiple subs or those who are non-relational Keyholders/Dommes fit well with the title “Mistress.”

But when You are part of a full-scale Wife-Led Relationship—I believe “WIFE” is definitely the clear choice… And it’s quite powerful indeed!

We discussed this last night. My wife told me she found “Mistress” to be somewhat misleading regarding her view of our bond. She asked if I implied that her role as “Wife” meant she wasn’t really doing what needed to be done for me?

Ouch—that made me pause and reflect….

I did…. And it was the right decision:-)

So from now on, I will refer to my beautiful, powerful wife solely as “WIFE”—and every time I do, I feel her inherent strength and offer my deepest admiration, devotion, and total surrender.

Farewell Mistress—and welcome WIFE. How may I serve You?
