Female led relationships discussion

I asked my wolfie to find a stainless steel center pin for his chastity device, which, so far, he has failed to do. The reason I asked for this was because my Wolfie cut one of the plastic center pins off, while I was away. This of course, will not remain unpunished and the punishment will be severe. However, now I would like some input on wether to let him wear the CB6000 or to go with another device. I would like your opinions on this and also, what punishment do you feel he should receive?
