Female led relationships discussion

My wife and I own a basic flogger from an adult novelty shop that we use for whipping. Recently, I suggested trying a wooden spoon first, then finishing with the flogger. It gave a nice sting while it lasted, but what we really want is something truly punishing. I need to feel the sting deeply on my ass, thighs, and balls, and have it linger. My wife wants me to feel it when I sit down and think of her for days after. I don’t believe our current whip delivers that level of pain; it leaves some shallow welts, but they fade quickly and the hurt doesn’t last long. So, what whippings tools do you all recommend? I want something that makes me beg for mercy and causes me to sit awkwardly afterward. There are plenty of nice floggers and cat o’ nine tails online, but I’m not sure how to judge their potential for pain and marks based on the photos or descriptions. Please share your recommendations if you have any. Thanks!

P.S. We aren’t really looking for a cane (not yet). Floggers, whips, and cats feel more “involved” than canes. They demand a bit more from the user and make an incredible sound, making the experience very visceral. My wife might try a cane soon, but right now we want a good flogger.
