My KH keeps me locked in a Neosteel belt most of the time. It's her favorite! I've had some trouble getting used to it and fine-tuning the fit for myself. If I sit too long, my foreskin gets a bit swollen, which tells me the adjustment isn't quite perfect yet. We're working on that. I really love the belt and how secure it feels. Seriously secure!!! No sneaking out possible with this one. Dealing with Neosteel was a pleasure.
