• An empty or nearly empty caulking tube
• A small chunk of hardwood X X 3in.

(Or cut them into two 3-inch pieces depending on how tall your family member is.) … … . Slice one piece so it opens up like a C shape. Split the other piece completely in half to get two separate parts. Using the staple gun, fire off two rows of staples spaced out well along the length of that C-shaped piece. Start and finish these rows near the ends. Once done, put one of those remaining tube halves on the outside of the C with the edges aligned. This creates a gap but adds flexibility for easier closing. Drive 3 or more staples through both layers toward the inside to keep it pressed against the back of the first piece. Afterward, bend over any protruding staples used for attachment so they lie flat against the tube’s interior to stop them from pulling apart. A flat punch can be useful here. Repeat this process on the other end with the remaining piece. This leaves a central gap on the outside which gives the tube some give. The outer pieces cover up those earlier staple backs. Now, reach inside with your small file and smooth down the sharp points of the staples. If they stay sharp, they might puncture skin; if you want that effect, leave them as is using good judgment. Trust me, even flat surfaces cause plenty of discomfort. Position a block of wood on the outside at one end and secure it by drilling small holes from inside out into the wood, then glue and screw the blocks tight. Do the same thing for the other end. Next, install the two small eyes in drilled pilot holes within the center of those outer wooden blocks. These serve as mounts for your padlock to lock everything securely. TIPS: You might prefer cutting three pieces from the caulking tube initially—one just to practice making straight staple rows and getting the spacing right. When firing staple rows, open the C-shaped tube flat. You can place a sheet of styrofoam or carpet underneath for the staples to penetrate easily. I’ve attached leather loops to my Kali which connect via a cord or strap around the cock and balls. The ring from a CB 2/3/6 or Curve model also works great and is lockable, stopping the Kali from sliding off when there’s no erection present. For family members with smaller diameters, wrapping a cable tie zipped around can make it fit more snugly. That’s all—a homemade Kali device that proves very effective. Enjoy!
