CB Range discussion

I hope someone can give me some advice. I’ve gone down to the second smallest cuff ring, and initially it was okay (aside from a sore scrotum in the morning). After about three days, though, I started feeling a pinching sensation at the bottom of my scrotum that is manageable—I don’t mind some pain. Since day one with this ring, whenever I get excited, I feel like I’ve been kicked in the groin, but it felt like a nice snug fit (I wasn’t slipping out). To add to all this, I’m getting pinched where the guide pin plate clamps onto the cuff ring, and at night time (when it’s worst), it is unbearable. I can handle it during the day, but at night I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep in the first place.
