Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

To begin with, I am new to chastity but have many dreams such as wearing it permanently. I find it difficult to believe when people claim they kept their device on for over a year without any release. The keyholder locked the cage and then used the key after a full year!!? First of all, what about hygiene? I did not remove mine for 3 days. I rinsed with a water jet after each urination to clean up. My testicles became greasy and the skin on my penis developed slight white patches within just those 3 days. How can you shave your pubic hair if it is locked away for an entire year!? I hear that prostate disease or testicle damage might occur (It need not be true.. But for me pain at night was unbearable for 3 days) However, I am almost certain you will develop a skin infection or urinary tract infection if you go for one whole year. I just cannot believe it when someone says they are in “real permanent” chastity, and have touched the key only after a year. Experienced folks.. Enlighten me:p
