Female led relationships discussion

We all recognize that being the dominant partner is genuinely tough work, and we appreciate our women for shouldering this load to satisfy our desires…
So later on, we offer them a few rewards: total surrender, constant nurturing, spoiling, household duties, and continuous sexual pleasure whenever they desire it…
A quite reasonable arrangement - all things considered, I’d call it fair;-)
Yet we still leave many decisions in their hands, expecting them to balance unlimited authority with justice most of the time.
My question is aimed at subs like me. How does she wield her power—and does she manage to be just? Just from your perspective. Does things tip over occasionally, and if so, do you find it problematic or merely a nice bonus? Is she mature in managing the household chaos, or was she naturally gifted from day one? Does she feel uneasy handling such broad authority, or is she gleaming like new silver?
And to You fair ladies: How much Do You struggle with having all privileges handed over. Can You manage it well and remain kind and tolerant, or do You become more bossy and self-centered than you’d prefer? Is power going to Your head, or are You enjoying every moment of the journey? It would be lovely to hear your perspective…
Epilog: Well, naturally my lady is becoming increasingly authoritative - and I love her for it, but simultaneously I see her growing in fairness-department, which is very reassuring. We both seem to improve as people through this lifestyle, I believe:-)
Quite a lot expected of us - I know - but this way of life gives us more than just scraps from time to time. We gain so much more out of living:-)
Sincerely, BlueEyes
