Placed the order on April 30th or May 1st, depending on time zones. It took a while to arrive. This is the older Holytrainer model with padlocks, but I was definitely ordering the new version WITHOUT them. I’ve sent countless emails over several weeks and they never responded to any of them. To HOLYTRAINER: If you want to turn a blind eye to these issues, that’s your choice. But please at least apologize instead of ignoring the problems. I won’t stop posting on other forums trying to warn others away from buying from you.
