Hello everyone! I’ve been using the Arch for several months now, getting used to it. It’s generally comfortable, but inexplicably, I start developing edema on my foreskin after just a day or two. I am uncut and do use lube. The method that works best for me is taking off the belt every few days to let things rest overnight, though I didn’t want this device only to be taken out frequently:-) I came across a thread on fetlife about this issue, but it doesn’t have much detail. Does anyone else have similar experiences or advice? It feels like an issue that affects only a small number of people, so I hope I’m not alone here…

Could the tube be sitting just a bit too low? I've had a similar problem with a She-Male Total belt (getting edema after only a few hours). It might also help to check if the top of the tube is pressing down too hard against your body. Hope it resolves for you.

How do shemale belts hold up for long term wear, and would one work well with a PA piercing?.. getting one has been my goal for a while now
