What steps should a submissive take to locate a Domme who balances care with strictness? I really enjoy feminine qualities and make an effort to dress appropriately whenever there is someone or something worth dressing up for. Being full-time or living in as a sissy has never intimidated me. I suppose I am wondering whether this kind of situation can actually be found intentionally, rather than just happening by chance?
