Hi everyone, I’m using a birdlocked silicone chastity device. What can I do to prevent fluid retention from making my foreskin swell up? It currently has just the pee slit and two big holes near the tip. Should I drill more holes along the shaft to improve airflow, or is that unnecessary?

I’m still new to this scene and trying to pick up some tips. Thanks
