Walking is a big part of my job, so I wanted underwear with better support. On an average workday, I easily cover 8 miles and often hit 10 to 12. Before starting chastity, I wore boxer briefs; they were certainly superior to standard boxers or simple briefs, but still didn’t offer quite the level of support I craved. Jock straps weren’t as comfortable or effective in my experience. I looked into pouch-style underwear and found most options too flimsy and gimmicky. Eventually, I went with UFM adjustable boxer briefs, which have been excellent. Once you put them on, tightening a drawstring creates a supportive pouch around your package. They manage the swing well and keep the scrotum separated from your thighs nicely. Plus, they wick away moisture effectively. They come in brief styles too, but I need more room for my extra weight; if I don’t wear boxers, my thighs get chafed raw. These have also been a lifesaver with my recent surgery. I have a 3-inch incision healing down the middle of my sack, and the pouch allows me to use a loose gauze pad as a dressing without issue. Without these boxer briefs, I’d need a heavier-duty dressing that could prolong recovery. They aren’t inexpensive—around $20 per pair—but they are worth it. The sizing has been spot on for me.
