I’ve gone through plenty of stories about chastity and FLR setups. Often, the men maintain thorough logs covering various metrics like dates, releases, punishments, and more. I personally use a spreadsheet to monitor eight different facets of our dynamic. While there’s no definitive right or wrong approach, curiosity has me wondering: how many other people here keep similar records?
