Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

My wife and I have experimented with various devices over the years. We always enjoy it—female-led relationships are a huge fantasy for me—and we’ve learned what works and what doesn’t, but issues like device-induced pain or circulation problems often force us to stop. It’s hard for both of us to toggle between vanilla life and FLR mode. While we’ve tested different sizes, I haven’t found anything yet that feels right for long-term wear (comfortable, secure, and discreet under clothes). The base ring seems to be the source of most issues, so I’m thinking about a device without one.

Lori offers plenty of options and has an excellent reputation. The 8A looks good to me. The main hurdle is getting pierced (likely PA in this case). Since I generally dislike piercings, I need to balance fantasy against anxiety here. I want to be sure it will close up if needed, won’t cause lasting damage, and won’t interfere with sex—whether procreative or not—when my wife allows it:)

I’ve read some articles, but I’d appreciate input from members with more experience:

1. Will the hole close back to normal if I remove the pin?
2. Could it affect fertility in any way?
3. How long will recovery take (even while wearing a condom)?
4. Can we have sex without a condom once healed, provided there’s no pin present?

I hope this helps convince both my wife and myself to try again.
