Mature Metal discussion

I’m looking to purchase a JB. The issue is that my penis fluctuates between 4-5 cm and 10 cm while flaccid. Mature Metal suggests picking the shortest size and subtracting a quarter inch, but since it can expand another 5 cm even when soft, will that work out?
