Full Belts discussion

I’m considering picking this one up… Is it possible to wear this belt around the clock without getting hurt (for periods of a few weeks)? I can tweak it if needed. The cost is really appealing, so I’m keen to go for it, but only if it doesn’t lead to injury. Has anyone owned this or something similar? Any advice on which Chinese brand to choose if not this specific one? Cheers.
