Hi, I’ve discovered that wearing a cock and scrotum ring allows me to use a 47mm size while fully erect without feeling any pressure. The downside is the cage tends to slide down from its base; when I get hard, it pinches the skin around my testicles quite badly, leading to significant irritation. After some trial and error, I found that a 41mm scrotum ring works during the day. It’s just tight enough for me to squeeze through, making erections manageable at night as well. However, nighttime can be risky because nocturnal erections exert tremendous force, trapping blood vessels around the penis and testicles, which creates unbearable pain even though the cage sits higher up (which is generally more comfortable). Does anyone have any advice?
