Full Belts discussion

hello I need a chastity belt that lasts weeks, months, or even years. My goal is to cut down on or eliminate handjobs. My Holytrainer 2 lets me pull out at the end of the day, which doesn’t work for my needs, so I’ve already sold it. Never used a full belt before though. Here are my questions:

1. Is pulling out possible with full belts?
2. For the best fit, should I begin with an inexpensive Chinese model to learn the ropes before investing in higher-end European brands like Neosteel? Or is it fine to buy quality right away without testing a cheaper option first? Someone suggested starting cheap but I can’t recall why.
