Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Has anyone tried using their chastity cage while wearing a wetsuit? My device tends to poke out when I’m in my neoprene suits. Has this been resolved by others? Could silicone be the answer here? Activities include sea-kayaking, swimming, and either falling off or trying to mount a surfboard.
