I’ve been thinking about getting a penile anatomy (pa) procedure done and investing in a corresponding device that would make the 50mm looker 02 unnecessary unless I decide to have it modified. The insert sticks out 25mm beyond the base ring, which comes with a 40mm size; there’s also a 43mm option available (Deitmar doesn’t list this specific one, but I did ask them about the sizing since they are anatomical).
