Female led relationships discussion

I picked up a lovely anklet for my keyholder so she can wear the lock’s key on her cage while I’m locked up. It gets me excited thinking that strangers might spot it and understand our dynamic when we are out and about. However, I don’t see it very often on others. Do many folks here (especially those in the UK) actually recognize what it stands for? Also, have any of you experienced attention directed at a visible key? Thanks.
