Lori Devices discussion

I’m considering my first “real” device for long-term wear. I’ve been wanting to try the Lori tube or something similar, with a PA (which I’ll get if we can settle on a device). We’re leaning towards the tube-only types because A) I’d like to move away from the chafing I always feel with ball-ring styles, and B) I’m on HRT, likely for life, so testicular atrophy is probably in my future. Can anyone offer advice on which models to look into?
