Female led relationships discussion

What is your relationship? How would you describe it? Are you in a Female Led Relationship, is your partner the dominant one so a Femdom relationship or is it a Dominant/Submissive relationship? Do you know the difference? I am not sure I do, I could be in any one of those at any given time, so I thought a poll would be a good idea.
