I have to admit that I’m quite physically marked up in the male region (from various causes!) - I identify as bi but live within an FLR dynamic that keeps me highly aroused most of the time, if not constantly. Yet am I the sole person here who experiences truly wonderful nocturnal emissions? They make me feel a bit guilty when they happen several times each week! It’s been my little secret. During waking hours, I don’t really release through my male anatomy anymore (though there are other methods). While I’m not perpetually confined in a device, the banding is nearly constant so that I can barely sense it. Even while sleeping, I’m uncertain whether what I feel originates from those same parts. Over the past year, I’ve been getting a small amount of fluid about three times weekly due to these dreams. Since my castration has been quite effective, this seems peculiar to me as far as I know. At least they don’t create a huge mess! For context, I am transgender. Could it be related to the other hormones I take?
