Last week, after I asked for a way to get released from my Chastity for just one day when she said yes, my Mistress/Wife and I talked about the idea of “Continuous Punishment.” After swapping lots of thoughts, we settled on this plan. These were the rules she laid down:

• It had to provide non-stop pain.
• A man or woman could wear it under their clothes.
• The design meant I couldn’t take it off or stop it from hurting me.
• The hurt needed to be harsh enough that I’d actually want back in chastity.
• It kept reminding me who holds the power and who is the sissy It sounded like a lot, but then I worked out how to do it (Thanks to My creation was a spiked bra and panty set that my Mistress could lock on. Once locked, only she or destruction of the garment can remove it. Check the Pics below. Basically, I built both the “panty” and the Bra using three layers of duct tape. I pushed roughly 35 thumbtacks through the layers and added a fourth layer over the tack heads to hold them steady. Then, you snip off the sharp points so what remains is about 3/16th of an inch long. (Do not make them longer - This needs to hurt (Quite a bit), but not cause actual injury!) You don’t want the chains too tight; the overall effect works better if you are constantly getting poked in various spots as you move around, which keeps reminding you that you are locked up. Every small movement is marked by a sharp pain somewhere - Breasts or crotch or both. Never sit on a hard wooden chair! At Mistress’ request I agreed to wear them for a full day on Tuesday. Since I had to go out on a consulting job, there would be zero chance of even trying to remove it. I have never felt so controlled - and so much under my Mistress’ thumb that whole day. …and yes, I begged to be put back in Chastity as soon as I got home. She did grant the release, but not before I was handcuffed and Mistress cropped my breasts and crotch while still wearing my new bra and panties. -Midnight
