He is really keen on making this his way of life. Which honestly, why not? It’s all benefit for me. The part that trips me up is—I love him; he’s my best friend and we’ve been together five years—but he wants constant degradation and humiliation from me, beyond just the sexual side. I don’t truly believe those things about him when I say them; I think that disconnect is what bothers me. How do you maintain a steady, loving bond while doing this? He clearly desires it, and I enjoy performing it, but my internal view of him isn’t as negative as my words might suggest if that makes sense. I like being the dominant one, and he seems to appreciate his “slave” role, yet he appears frustrated because he feels I’m not fully committing to what I say. How do I reach that sincerity…???
