I’m launching this discussion to compile a solid directory of resources that truly assist people. I’d prefer this thread focuses less on specific actions and more on the destinations (keeping it mostly positive, please). My goal is to find sites with genuine offerings to guide, motivate, and support us all. Book reviews are welcome too.

These courses require buying an online book ($20) from Amazon and entering the code on their website. Men can take several of these courses to earn points reflecting your dedication to the FLR concept. The forums themselves are a bit quirky and not perfectly organized, but I’m here for the content, not the forum structure. The FLR Guide info in the sidebar is reason enough to spend plenty of time there.

For men committed to their women, this site explains how to make her feel valued. A heads-up: if you follow the advice, you’ll likely fall back in love with your wife. This often means more sex (seriously, put it on a calendar and verify), but you might face heightened sexual frustration because step one is stopping masturbation.

For women, this site outlines the benefits and steps needed for FLR success across all five levels. Seriously though, if you aren’t aiming for a Level 3 FLR, you’ll miss out on the full program benefit. To truly have him focus on you as he used to, you need control over at least his free time, chores, and sex (no masturbation). If you want to manage his money and life direction too, then, as my wife says: “If I wanted to be a single mother making all the decisions, I wouldn’t need you.” But naturally, everyone has their own preference.

Watch out for too many grammatical errors or punctuation emojis, or you might get fined—behave yourselves! It’s a respectable place. Keep Kink-related topics in the Kink forum, or face editing/fines. There are dedicated forums for cooking, cleaning, relationships, etc., plus a men-only section where community discussions gather (though I haven’t spent as much time there as I should). The site has tons of content, but the organization isn’t quite to my liking. In fact, there’s even a thread complaining about how hard it is to find posting space! Use search; the people are super nice and helpful.

I haven’t spoken directly with Queen Bee yet, but upon logging in, she introduced herself, asked if I wanted verification, and suggested inviting my wife to join for support. That was very thoughtful of her. She often recommends solutions for porn addiction, which I agree is a real issue—so is masturbation—which can harm relationships.

Her forum makes excellent supplementary support, but it won’t teach you how to build an FLR from scratch. Men will find lots of forums with ideas on cleaning, cooking, and housework, plus strong male community support. Note: men don’t access the women-only area. Women get great site-wide support. Men are required to be polite and respectful here. It’s a safe place for you to connect with like-minded women.
