A recent reply to another thread brought back memories of my personal journey with D/s and chastity. It wasn’t always smooth sailing. To be honest, I don’t see myself purely as a submissive. While images and tales of dominant women definitely excite me, I’ve never really competed for girls alongside my closest friends. They usually go after the independent, strong types like me, whereas they prefer partners who will worship them and flatter them endlessly (I once drunkenly asked one best friend why he didn’t just get a dog instead of his new girlfriend). The sissy dynamic doesn’t appeal to me much, though I’d happily participate if it mattered. There was a period where my sexual identity felt quite turbulent because I dreamed about Femdom scenarios but found traditional male submissiveness off-putting. Eventually, I understood that the Queen and Knight model worked just as well for me, which helped things settle down. As my self-understanding improved, so did my communication with my wife, leading us to actually try it out together. Now, I’m fully comfortable in a submissive role because it supports my wife’s dominant side, which drives me wild. Has anyone else experienced this kind of dual nature on their path?
