I’ve been experimenting with a better (read: more secure) way to handle chastity, and I stumbled upon the tetherspout.

I knew about it already and decided to give it a try. After ordering some sizes and testing them out, I think I might have found the right setup. It is an old SteelWorxx Looker02 with a fixed insert; I ground away that insert, which left me with a hole at the back where the insert used to be attached.

After inserting the tetherspout (it took some time), I put the cage on and aligned the spout with the hole I made in the front of the Looker02. A padlock through it seems much more secure than the previous setup was. Let’s see how it holds up during testing.
