Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

This situation seems to come up every now and then. I’ve looked around but couldn’t track it down. Maybe I’m searching incorrectly. After a few days in lockup, I get a burning feeling and usually need to apply some ice, lotion, or water. Does anyone know what triggers this? I’m using a CB6K with a 45mm ring that fits well, so the discomfort is puzzling me.
