Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ve been curious about how long you typically keep yourself locked up when you don’t let out, or what the longest period has been for any of you. Also, do everyone use various ways to release, like prostate massage?

My question comes from my own desire and fantasy of staying chaste and locked for anywhere between a month up to several months. However, I’ve read warnings that this might not be healthy or could cause issues with the prostate, so I’m unsure whether sticking to my fantasy is good for me health-wise, or if it’s smarter to allow regular releases for the sake of my body.
