Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

So my dream has been to live in permanent chastity since I was around ten (yes, really), but I have to accept that at nearly nineteen, I probably won’t spend my entire life without needing an MRI. How would that work with permanent chastity? Would the cage need to be sawn off, or could it just be secured tightly? Has anyone had an MRI while locked?
