Female led relationships discussion

My spouse and I are wed to each other, yet we only get together when time permits. We talk every day though. I’d love to hear from others—especially Dommes—about how you manage your submissive partner and keep the relationship strong despite similar constraints. Our husbands/wives aren’t really people with whom we can share these wants. Thanks!
