Is anyone able to explain the reasoning behind going for the tiniest device available? As a newcomer to this lifestyle, I gather that you can progressively purchase smaller devices as your penis adapts. It seems it might even reach a point where the flaccid size actually reduces—for instance, starting at 8cm and potentially shrinking down to 4 or 5cm over time with use of chastity devices. Is that accurate?

I ask because my wife has purchased me a device for my birthday; it is on its way. She showed me the website but didn’t specify which one she chose, laughing at how small it was. When I explained my understanding as above, she wondered why anyone would bother with such a tiny fit. For the first time, I realized that I actually want to try it, though I’m not sure exactly why, so I kept quiet. Can someone explain the appeal? I find myself wanting this without fully knowing why.
