Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I want to share how I manage the timing for four key aspects of my chastity routine. For me, this means: 1) locked up six days a week; 2) teased for five minutes every day while watching TV; 3) one thirty-minute teasing session each week; and 4) an orgasm once a month, alternating between pleasurable handjobs (100% pleasure) and prostate milking (which feels good).
