Is this happening to anyone else? Just wearing my base ring, an erection feels like a snug cock ring. I get incredibly strong erections—which isn’t necessarily bad—until you need it to subside. It can take half an hour of distraction for the erection to go down enough that I can remove the ring. Even then, I’m often still semi-erect. On the flip side, if I have an orgasm while wearing it like this, I do return to being flaccid (though it takes a bit longer).

This happened once when I removed my cage for shaving. Having gone 8 or 9 days without release, I was highly sensitive. Usually, I pass my scrotum through first and then wait until I’m completely soft before pulling the cock in as well. But this time, I was rushing and tried putting the cage on while semi-erect. Immediately, a massive erection popped up, making it impossible to get the cage fitted. Forcing it on provided enough stimulation that I feared triggering an orgasm. So I waited, waiting until I absolutely had to (since I had somewhere to be), then attempted to remove the ring so I could go soft more easily. The act of removing it caused me to have an involuntary orgasm. It was fun in its own way, but definitely not what I intended.

I’m about to make this problem worse, too. My current base ring is slightly oversized and lets things slip around. I’ve had a mature metal shop create a new double base ring that’s half a size smaller. This should certainly improve how my cage fits, but I worry if someone removes the cage while leaving the base ring on for teasing purposes whether I’ll be able to go soft without needing an orgasm.
