What part does smarts play in D/s dynamics? We all agree the Dominant partner holds the higher status, but what if they lack intellectual superiority? Would that affect your respect for them as a leader? Does a submissive simplify things to make sure the dominant feels superior across the board? Does a Dominant only pick partners with less sharp minds?

Personally, I find myself drawn to people smarter than me, so it’s not an issue, but I’m curious about what would happen if I met a Domme who wasn’t quite as bright. That isn’t saying much though.
