I have an additional MM base ring that I don’t need anymore. The inner diameter, measured side to side, is 1 3/4 inches. It’s threaded for the security screw but can also take a small padlock. Additionally, there’s an extra hole drilled in it so you can attach a plastic numbered security tag. The MM price is $55; I’ll let mine go for $30 with free shipping within the US.
