Hello, I’m leaning towards purchasing a new cage, but I’m torn:) The Steelworxx Steelheart and the Gerecke Shut - Rondo are my top choices. Since there’s a notable gap in cost, I’d like to ask: which one would you pick? Is the Gerecke truly superior enough to warrant the higher price? Initially, Birdlocked was on my radar, but because I have to take it off every day (for interaction with my girlfriend), I feel that would put too much strain on it. I believe wear and tear is unavoidable. So for short-term scenarios—like locking up overnight after intense teasing or staying at home so I don’t subconsciously fiddle—I’ve narrowed it down to these two. A closed design isn’t an issue here; I just prefer the aesthetic. Also, a fully kitted Rondo costs about as much as an Arch module, which I consider one of the best full belts available. Here are the numbers: Steelheart 300 Rondo 510 Arch 530 (+ 350 for that adjustable hip band masterpiece) This raises another question: is it worth getting a full belt even if I’m not deep into hardcore play? (Side note: cost isn’t really my concern.) The security of a full belt appeals to me, especially since I enjoy bondage; the idea of an inescapable chastity belt is quite tempting. Conversely, I worry it might be too restrictive for everyday activities. Appreciate your thoughts.
