My partner and I are fairly new to this lifestyle. Last night, we discussed the names people use for each other while in their roles. We usually rely on invented nicknames, but they feel a bit too “cute” for these specific roles. Conversely, titles like mistress, miss, or goddess don’t quite fit her. We considered Boss, though it feels somewhat top-heavy… possibly neutral or masculine to me. For whatever reason, I just can’t get used to the name boss. I had some questions:
- Do you use different names to help slip into your role?
- What titles do you go with? * (I hope one of them works for us)*
- Are distinct names even needed, or is a simple yes … *(insert name here) *sufficient? Looking forward to your replies:)
