Spending seven days with my partner really made me realize how tiring it is to blend my submissive nature with him and my dominant side with Jack. I adore both of these lives, but living them in parallel takes quite a bit of effort. Perhaps I’m aging out of tolerance for switching roles depending on who I am with. It can get overwhelming when I spend time away from Jack while being with Daniel, only to have to flip into Domme mode when I am already deeply immersed in submission. This highlights that mixing and matching isn’t always ideal; I want both scenarios to be high quality for everyone involved. Unless someone else steps up to give Jack his Domme guidance while I enjoy time with Daniel, I see no choice but to put him on hold until I return home and fully resume our D/s dynamic. I’m curious if others face this challenge too—any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
