Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

Hi everyone, My device features a hinged ring and holes for two screws that can be tightened (not overly tight) against the base of the penis. This stops it from pulling out entirely. My only worry is whether this is safe or might have any health implications. I’ve uploaded a picture Thanks very much for any feedback and advice
