My Looker01 (see avatar) is what I’m currently wearing, but I’ve always felt a bit disappointed that, provided there’s enough pent-up desire (horniness), I could simply pull out and handle things myself. Even without pulling out, using an E-Stim unit or a Hitachi makes it easy to cum. I don’t do it because it would feel like cheating my Keyholder, but knowing the option is there somewhat lessens the enjoyment for me, if you get what I’m saying. Additionally, nighttime erections can be quite painful since the device isn’t very long. I realize perfect security is unattainable, but I’m constantly seeking improvements. The urethral insert for the Looker01 is just too much for me to handle. I’ve tried it and found it extremely uncomfortable, so that solution is out of consideration. Recently, I’ve come across many favorable accounts regarding tube devices, such as the Tube Jacket, PA5000, or Lori’s tubes. At present, I lack the necessary PA piercing to test one of these, and I’m wondering if undergoing the procedure would be worthwhile. I tend to be cautious about such things; I have no other piercings or tattoos, so I’d only do this for chastity purposes rather than because it looks good otherwise. So here are my questions: For those who received a PA piercing: Would you do it again? Were there any issues, or did everything go smoothly? How does sensitivity change afterward? It seems the piercing site is right next to or through the sensitive area near the frenulum. For those using Tube devices: Are they worth the effort? Do they truly offer more comfort than ring-style devices? Are they (more) secure? I mean, you can still experience a “half-erection” with them, and the head remains relatively free depending on the device design. What about using vibrators or similar tools?
