3D printing files discussion

So, I’ve turned out a few items over the last month or so that I’d like to show off. These are new designs for the New Fun Cage and should work with other compatible parts.

Two rings might catch your eye - they’re round and copy the shape of a steel base ring (so, toroidal): Circular Ring - 47mm inner diameter, 8mm thick Circular Ring - 48mm inner diameter, 8mm thick

Then there are two new cages. The first is another short cage, slightly wider with a fresh tip design that helps urination and should stop extrusion through the top. (45mm x 35mm diameter, 33mm deep)

The second combines a Holy Trainer style tube/cage setup with the new cage mentioned earlier at the end of an enclosed tube passing through the base ring. It really bridges the gap between the cage and the base ring nicely. It’s an interesting design but tricky to print and might not fit smaller rings well. Basically, it’s quite experimental.

It turns out both cages go over the 2MB file size limit here, even when zipped up. I used 7Zip with high compression settings to get them under that cap. If your unzipping tool has trouble with these files, give 7Zip a shot.
