Full Belts discussion

I recently spoke with Mr. Mende and learned that the option to get measured directly at their Neosteel office in Germany is no longer available. Could anyone shed some light on why this might be? I really want to ensure the measurements are spot-on right away, avoiding the expensive and lengthy hassle of mailing it back multiple times for fixes. I’m quite worried after hearing stories from others who had to do exactly that because their initial measurements weren’t accurate, even though they used the kit.
