Female led relationships discussion

Lady Kat and I are just starting to plan our trip to Vegas in 2019. We’re thinking about having a collar ceremony during the vacation instead of renewing vows (though mine would definitely include promising obedience to Her). A collar ceremony feels much more meaningful and thrilling for both of us.

Has anyone done this type of ceremony in Las Vegas?
