I was reflecting on how much I value the small gestures and reminders my Miss offers, particularly when our time together is short.

Last night it was a bit cold in the house, so mistress asked me to fetch her some socks. I happily complied. When I brought them over for her, she gave me a cheeky glance, extended her leg, and pointed with her toe. As I slipped each sock onto her lovely feet, she dragged her toes slowly across my cage before pushing me back with that same foot—a silent reminder of who holds the authority.

I adore those minor gestures; they help keep my mind in the right place. Often, it is these tiny acts and movements that leave the deepest impression on our psyche.
