Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I purchased a cb6000 five years back. Last night, I wore it for ten hours overnight. This morning when I woke up, my balls had swollen more than usual; they were touching the inside of my thighs while sitting down. Walking required me to spread my legs slightly wider so that my testicles wouldn’t rub against my inner thigh skin. Is this a normal reaction? Has anyone else dealt with similar swelling?
